COVID-19 INFORMATION

Yes, we have protocols in place for the COVID-19 Protection Framework (Traffic Light System) and will be able to operate under all statuses.

In line with the Ministry of Health Guidelines, masks are mandatory throughout your experience with us, from your complimentary pick up through to check-in and your flight. Masks are mandatory on the cruise boat in Milford Sound. Please bring your own mask if possible. If you leave your mask at home, we will happily provide you with a brand new mask at check-in or pick up. You will notice your pilot will remove their mask once onboard. This is to ensure they can clearly speak with Air Traffic Control as well as other aircraft.

As of 5 April 2022, we will no longer be requiring a vaccine certificate to join us on any of our flights.

Glenorchy Air staff are all fully vaccinated and those eligible will be receiving booster shots before December 3 2021.

Cleaning

All aircraft, vans and our check-in area are deeply cleaned daily.

Sanitising

Sanitiser is available for all of our passengers in our vans during pick up and at our check-in area.

Masks

Masks are mandatory throughout your experience with us. Please bring your own if possible. We have them available if your left yours at home.

Scan In

Please scan in at pick up or check-in using the NZ COVID Tracer App.

Vaccination Certificates

We will scan your Vaccination Certificate at check-in. Please have this ready on your phone or printed out.

We're COVID Clean Approved

We are proudly COVID Clean Approved. This endorsement as a Qualmark awarded operator demonstrates that we have an awareness of COVID-19 government guidelines. Additionally, COVID Clean Approved is formally recognised by the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).

Do you have COVID-19 protocols in place?

Yes, we have protocols in place for Level 1 to Level 4. We will only operate during Level 1 and Level 2.

LEVEL 1

LEVEL 2 - We are currently operating at Level 2
In line with the Ministry of Health Guidelines, masks are now mandatory throughout your experience with us, from your complimentary pick up through to check-in and your flight. Masks are also mandatory on the cruise boat in Milford Sound. Please bring your own mask if possible. If you forgot your mask at home, we will happily provide you with a brand new mask at check in or pick up. You will notice your pilot will remove their mask once onboard - this is to ensure they can clearly speak with Air Traffic Control as well as other aircraft.

Payment is to be made in advance of your booking to avoid the use of our Eftpos terminal. If the flight is cancelled for any reason, a refund will be processed the same day.
