Yes, we have protocols in place for the COVID-19 Protection Framework (Traffic Light System) and will be able to operate under all statuses.
In line with the Ministry of Health Guidelines, masks are mandatory throughout your experience with us, from your complimentary pick up through to check-in and your flight. Masks are mandatory on the cruise boat in Milford Sound. Please bring your own mask if possible. If you leave your mask at home, we will happily provide you with a brand new mask at check-in or pick up. You will notice your pilot will remove their mask once onboard. This is to ensure they can clearly speak with Air Traffic Control as well as other aircraft.
As of 5 April 2022, we will no longer be requiring a vaccine certificate to join us on any of our flights.
Glenorchy Air staff are all fully vaccinated and those eligible will be receiving booster shots before December 3 2021.
Book with confidence knowing that if your travel plans are impacted by COVID-19 we can reschedule you to a later date or refund your experience in full.
If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home. Get in touch with our team by phone or email and we can modify your booking with us. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to Contact Us.
