We are proudly COVID Clean Approved. This endorsement as a Qualmark awarded operator demonstrates that we have an awareness of COVID-19 government guidelines. Additionally, COVID Clean Approved is formally recognised by the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).

Do you have COVID-19 protocols in place?

Yes, we have protocols in place for Level 1 to Level 4. We will only operate during Level 1 and Level 2.

LEVEL 1
Masks are recommended, but not required onboard our flights or complimentary transfers. Your booking details will be used for contract tracing, if required. We have hand sanitiser available at our check in desk in the airport.

LEVEL 2 - We are currently operating at Level 2
In line with the Ministry of Health Guidelines, masks are now mandatory throughout your experience with us, from your complimentary pick up through to check-in and your flight. Masks are also mandatory on the cruise boat in Milford Sound. Please bring your own mask if possible. If you forgot your mask at home, we will happily provide you with a brand new mask at check in or pick up. You will notice your pilot will remove their mask once onboard - this is to ensure they can clearly speak with Air Traffic Control as well as other aircraft.

Payment is to be made in advance of your booking to avoid the use of our Eftpos terminal. If the flight is cancelled for any reason, a refund will be processed the same day.

We will ask all passengers to scan in with the NZ COVID Tracer App when checking in for their flight. Your booking details will be used for contract tracing, if required. We have hand sanitiser available at our check in desk in the airport.

We will not be operating at Levels 3 or 4.
