Where possible, we will send payment links or take payment through our website ahead of your flight to avoid use of our EFTPOS terminals.
Masks are required for all passengers. If you forgot your mask, your driver will happily provide you with a new one at pick up. The doors will be operated by our driver and each passenger is asked to sanitise their hands on entering the vehicle. Each van will be sanitised after every trip.
We will be operating a contactless check in. In your trip email confirmation, you will receive a QR code which our staff will use to check you in. This will be used to adhere to the New Zealand Government’s regulations around contact tracing. Forgot your mask at home? We happily will provide you with a brand new mask at check in or pick up.
Our aircraft will be sanitised after each flight. Masks are mandatory for all passengers during your flight with us. Forgot your mask at home? We happily will provide you with a brand new mask at check in or pick up. You will notice your pilot will remove their mask once onboard. This is to ensure they can clearly speak with Air Traffic Control as well as other aircraft.
