Janet Rutherford – CEO and Owner
Originally a Geordie, Janet started Glenorchy Air with Robert in 1992. They say that Janet is in charge on the ground and Robert is in charge in the air!
Amber Robinson – Office Manager
Amber has returned to Queenstown after spending a year abroad. The local beauty and spectacular mountain scenery brought her back to the region.
Robert Rutherford – Chief Pilot
Robert started Glenorchy Air in 1992 with his wife Janet; he is a Southern man with his ancestors from Otago. He is the Chief pilot and Training Captain here at Glenorchy Air.
Katie Edwards – Pilot
Katie is back in New Zealand skies after going back to Australia for a few years she couldn't resist the majestic Fiordland.
Michael Rutherford - Pilot
Mike is a born and bred Kiwi and has held many different roles in the aviation industry. He has recently moved to Queenstown and now calls it home.
Mackenzie Gardyne - Pilot
Mackenzie is a kiwi; brought up in Wellington. He has now settled in Queenstown and has a great knowledge of the area after completing all of his flying here.
Will Clark – Pilot
Will is our Queenstown local and has been flying in the area since 2003 and will be happy to share his knowledge and local secrets.
James Stokes - Pilot
James is originally from Auckland but Queenstown is his home now. When he isn't flying he's exploring the South by land in his 4WD. He also is a member of the Queenstown hockey team.
